SOUTH INDIAN RESTAURANT
ABOUT US
At Sagar, our roots trace back to Udupi, a coastal town in Karnataka renowned for its authentic South Indian vegetarian cuisine. Inspired by this rich tradition, our chefs bring the vibrant flavours of South India to the UK, serving vegetarian and vegan dishes crafted to delight. With five branches, we pride ourselves on warm hospitality and making every dining experience truly memorable.

OUR RESTAURANT
Leicester Square is now the centre of London's cinema land, the prime location for new film premiers and a great place to spend an evening or a day out. We're really excited to be opening our vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Leicester Square and hope you'll come along to enjoy wonderful food in a fantastic location.
ABOUT THE AREA
Leicester Square is one of the most famous locations in London. It was established as a pedestrianised square way back in 1670 with subsequent developments that culminated with the introduction of theatres in the 19th century. These were converted in the 20th century to create the familiar landmarks we know and love such as the Odeon and Empire cinemas.
FAMILY RESTAURANT
"WILL RETURN"
"This restaurant was tidy, clean and visually appealing. It's a a good use of space in a very prime location just away from the chaos. So many veg options. Lots of dosas to choose from. Food was tasty and spicy. Wished there were a bit more mushroom options. Will return."

"ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING"
"Sagar's food is absolutely outstanding.
I can comfortably say that this is the best Indian food I've had since that trip! The space is very clean and comfortable, and the menu is expansive. We had curry, paratha, naan, dosa, and biryani. All of the dishes were excellent, and great for sharing as always."
